Ezra Pradipta Hafidh
Ezra joined IFG Progress in May 2024 as a Research Associate, bringing extensive expertise in the insurance and actuarial field, particularly in pricing. Before joining IFG Progress, Ezra was a Pricing Actuary Manager at Tokio Marine Life Insurance Indonesia, where he was involved in the end-to-end product development cycle for both individual and group insurance products. Prior to that, he served as a Pricing Actuary Assistant Manager at Cigna, handling similar responsibilities. Ezra began his professional journey at Padma Radya Aktuaria as an Actuary Staff, focusing on post-employment benefit calculations. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Universitas Indonesia and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries of Indonesia (FSAI).
Afif Narawangsa Luviyanto
Afif Narawangsa Luviyanto has joined IFG Progress in December 2021. Afif worked at BRI Danareksa Sekuritas as investment banking specialist and had handled many transactions in equity and debt market. In addition to professional experience, Afif joined in PT Perusahaan Pengelolaan Aset (PPA) as investment directorate intern in, Bank Indonesia branch London as Research intern. Afif earned his bachelor’s degree in Faculty of Economics & Business, Gadjah Mada University majoring in Economics and Erasmus, University Rotterdam majoring in International Economics and got his master’s degree in University of Nottingham majoring in Finance & Investment. Rosi Melati has joined IFG Progress in October 2021. Rosi experienced in Insurance Industry for around 5 years. Previously, Rosi worked as investment strategy in Cigna Indonesia and was responsible for the various role related to the investment management, she also handled for the asset and liability management (ALM). Rosi earned a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Indonesia in 2016. During in University, Rosi assisted national research project from the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (NADFC/BPOM) for data processing and analyzing. Moreover, Rosi had a license as the Investment Manager Representative from The Financial Services Authority (OJK) since 2018 and had actuarial certifications from The Society of Actuaries of Indonesia (PAI). Mohammad Alvin Prabowosunu
Mohammad Alvin Prabowosunu (Alvin) is a Research Associate in IFG Progress since October 2021. Alvin has previously worked as infrastructure finance consultant for Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) projects and research assistant at Institute for Economic and Social Research (LPEM) Universitas Indonesia. In addition, Alvin also had previous experience in asset management company, serving as Investment Specialist/Macroeconomic Analyst in SLC Management, as well as internship experiences in management consulting firms such as Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Frost & Sullivan.Alvin graduated from MSc. Program in Finance and Economics at London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with merit and fully funded scholarship from Indonesia’s Institute of Education Endowment Fund (LPDP). Alvin earned his bachelor’s degree with cum laude from Universitas Indonesia, majoring in economics. Nada Serpina joined IFG Progress in September 2021 as a Research Associate. Before that, Nada worked at the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) (2019-2021) as one of the Research Fellow directly under the Financial System Stability Directorate and handled a variety of financial stability issues, financial services industry, and also economic assessments related to global and domestic macroeconomic performance. In addition, Nada joined in Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN) as business banking information specialist intern. Nada received her undergraduate degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2019. At IFG Progress, Nada is responsible and interested in various topics around Insurance and Banking Sector, Macroeconomics, Financial Economics, Monetary and Fiscal Policy. Unduh
